At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge ordered six alleged members of the \u2018Los Black Gold II\u2019 criminal network to serve a prison sentence. They are allegedly responsible for exercising territorial control for petty drug dealing in Olaya Herrera, La Amistad, San Bernardo, Las Camelias, Los Machines, and Oro Negro neighborhoods of Neiva (Huila).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The people allegedly involved are Daniel Jos\u00e9 \u00c1lvarez Rodr\u00edguez, alias Daniel; Faber Alexis \u00c1lvarez Rodr\u00edguez, alias Jhon; Alexandra Hern\u00e1ndez Restrepo, alias Alexandra; Eduar Mauricio Tovar, alias Marruco or Marruquito; Jorge Andr\u00e9s Chaux Aldana, alias Chaux and Yuli Milena Giraldo Bonilla, alias Yuli.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A prosecutor from the so-called <\/span>Estructura de Apoyo (EDA)\u00a0(<\/span>Support Structure Unit) of the branch office in Huila charged them, according to their individual responsibility, with aggravated conspiracy to commit a crime, homicide, and attempted homicide. and the manufacture, trafficking, or possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition. The defendants did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the investigation conducted by the Attorney General\u00b4s Office, it was established that this criminal group was responsible for the murder of a man on February 20th, in a public street in neighborhood\u00a0<\/span>Sector Barreiro<\/span><\/i> in Neiva, who died at the scene.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, they\u00a0also allegedly attacked two other people with firearms in separate incidents in September 2023 and December 2024 in Las Palmas and El Triunfo neighborhoods.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The defendants were arrested by the National Police in Tarqui and Neiva (Huila), Cali (Valle del Cauca), and Florencia (Caquet\u00e1). Six cell phones were seized during the operations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
