The evidence provided by the Office of the Attorney General allowed a judge to sentence foreign citizen Eduar Jos\u00e9 Valero Hern\u00e1ndez to 10 years in prison for making an attempt on someones’s life in Tauramena (Casanare).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Office of the Attorney General demonstrated that this man is responsible for the crimes of manufacturing, trafficking, or possessing firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition; and personal injury.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The investigation proved that the facts took place on October 4, 2021, in a public establishment in the above mentioned municipality, where Valero Hern\u00e1ndez, in the midst of an argument, attacked a man, shooting him and wounding him resulting in a 14-day sick leave.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Valero Hern\u00e1ndez was disbarred from the practice of law and public functions for the same term of the main conviction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is\u00a0a decision of first instance and an appeal can be lodged.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
