A prosecutor appointed to the branch office in Valle del Cauca (Seccional Valle del Cauca) brought Felipe Marulanda Trujillo before court. He would be the responsible for the death of a man that took place on February 26, 2024, in Tulu\u00e1. For these facts, the Office of the Attorney General charged him with aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking, or possession of firearms.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The crime occurred in a house located at Prados de Oriente neighborhood in Tulu\u00e1, where the 26-year-old victim was shot and therefore, he died.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The evidence collected by the Office of the Attorney General indicates that the defendant was the person driving the motorcycle that was used to transport those people responsible for the crime.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Joint efforts between the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) and the National Police led to the arrest of Marulanda Trujillo on a public street in Tulu\u00e1. By judicial decision, the alleged suspect, who did not plead guilty to the charges, must serve a prison sentence. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
