At the request of the Attorney General\u00b4s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence on Brandon Alexis Solarte Escobar, who was allegedly found in possession of\u00a0a firearm without a permit.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A prosecutor appointed to the\u00a0Immediate Reaction Unit (Unidad de Reacci\u00f3n Inmediata URI) of the branch office in Quind\u00edo (Seccional Quind\u00edo) charged him with manufacturing, trafficking,\u00a0or possessing firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition. The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This person was arrested in fragante during an inspection conducted by National Police\u00a0 in G\u00e9nova (Quind\u00edo). They allegedly found a long-range revolver (32 caliber)\u00a0in one of the rubber boots that the defendant was wearing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Solarte Escobar allegedly tried to flee and fractured one of his legs, therefore, he was taken to a hospital.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
