At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence against a woman for her alleged responsibility in the violent death of her 55-year old\u00a0sentimental\u00a0partner in El Rosal (Cundinamarca).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In this regard, a prosecutor appointed to the branch office in Cundinamarca (Seccional Cundinamarca) charged her with aggravated homicide. She did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the facts took place on June 29 in the Bachu\u00e9 neighborhood during a fight on the street. The crime took place since the defendant apparently took advantage of the victim’s defenseless state and beat him in the head with a rock, causing his death.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The 31-year-old woman was arrested in\u00a0fragrant\u00a0by the National Police when she fled the scene.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
