The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The facts took place on May 22, on a public street in Armenia, when the victim was apparently attacked by Jim\u00e9nez Garc\u00eda, who fled the scene on a bicycle.
