The three men did not plead guilty to the charges, and a judge sentenced them to prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The investigation established that these individuals were part of a criminal organization known as Los Cholos II, which had been illegally operating in this area of \u200b\u200bthe country since 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the incidents attributed to them is one that took place on November 25, 2023, when a group of armed men went to Do\u00f1a Ceci neighborhood and allegedly forced several families to leave their homes after death threats. Furthermore, those who did not want to leave the area had to pay large sums of money to be able to stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The house of approximately 16 families who refused to leave the area were allegedly looted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The three men were arrested during search warrants carried out in four properties at the so-called R-9 neighborhood of this port city by investigators of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), with support from National Navy appointed to Gaula-Army.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
