They were caught with a stolen vehicle in Villapinz\u00f3n (Cundinamarca). They are Kilmer Armando Berm\u00fadez C\u00e1rdenas and Joaqu\u00edn Galindo V\u00e9lez, who were arrested in flagrante delicto on April 22 in Tocancip\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A timely alert from the satellite surveillance company allowed the National Police to recover the vehicle when the defendants allegedly attempted to flee along the road Tunja-Bogot\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both men allegedly broke the vehicle&#8217;s lock that was parked in front of its owner&#8217;s residence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For these facts, the Office of the Attorney General informed about an indictment that was filed against both men for aggravated and qualified theft. A judge ordered a prison sentence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The suspects did not plead guilty to the charges brought by the Office of the Attorney General.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
