Due to pressure, the victim transferred more than 43,000,000 COP to six different people, including Fern\u00e1ndez Zabala, since February 2, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Police and Army arrested the defendant in a rural area of \u200b\u200bSan Andr\u00e9s in Cuerquia (Antioquia), by virtue of a court order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A judge imposed a sentence of home confinement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
