They also threatened and tortured those who allegedly failed to pay them for the purchase of the hallucinogens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The people involved are Jhon Fredy Cabrejo S\u00e1enz, Cristian Fabi\u00e1n L\u00f3pez Alfonso, Jorman Jair Cabrejo Forero, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Cucanch\u00f3n Yaquive, Johan David G\u00f3mez Cabrejo, Ferney Ruiz Delgado, Samuel Enrique Matos Rubio, Juan Felipe Isaza Mu\u00f1oz and Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s Pineda Rodr\u00edguez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this regard, a specialized prosecutor appointed to the branch office in Cundinamarca charged them with simple and aggravated kidnapping; torture, threats, aggravated criminal conspiracy; and trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of narcotics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The arrests were carried out in coordination with the National Police in home search proceedings. During the operations, several doses of cocaine, a scale, 14 cell phones, two firearms, and cash were seized.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The alleged members of &#8216;La Dinast\u00eda&#8217; must serve a prison sentence by a judge&#8217;s decision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
