He did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the investigation, on January 25, <strong>the victim was riding his bicycle across the bridge located at <\/strong><\/span><strong><i>Calle 26 con Carrera 96<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> in Teusaquillo area<\/strong> when he was apparently approached by Guevara Zambrano and two other individuals, who blocked his path and threatened him with a sharp weapon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When he refused to hand over his bicycle, the victim was attacked at least three times, <strong>resulting in serious injuries and his subsequent death in a medical center.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Julio C\u00e9sar Guevara Zambrano was arrested in Engativ\u00e1 by the National Police according to an arrest warrant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
