He is the <strong>alleged member of Los Cabezones criminal group<\/strong>, and\u00a0he would be involved in local drug trafficking in C\u00facuta (Norte de Santander).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this regard, a prosecutor charged him with aggravated criminal conspiracy and manufacturing, trafficking, and possession of narcotics. <strong>The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges, and a judge sentenced him to prison<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the investigation, <strong>the defendant was allegedly responsible for coordinating the receipt of the narcotics from Catatumbo region,<\/strong> and subsequently storing, preparing doses, and distributing them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The man was arrested by National Police officers in C\u00facuta (Norte de Santander) pursuant to a court order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This way, the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office has successfully prosecuted 10 alleged members of this criminal group, which was harming the most vulnerable population in the so-called comunas 8 and 9 of the metropolitan area of Norte de Santander.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
