The crimes were allegedly committed in the name of the Javier Y\u00e9pez Cantero substructure of Clan del Golfo. For these facts, alias Monito was charged with homicide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the investigation, alias Monito, allegedly shot at the victims and fled on a motorcycle. The deaths occurred in San Pelayo and Corinto and Miraflores neighborhoods of Ceret\u00e9 (C\u00f3rdoba).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Officers of Dij\u00edn of the National Police arrested the suspect on February 24 in Ceret\u00e9. The defendant, 19 years old, denied his responsibility in the incident.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
