Crimes that occurred in the aforementioned municipality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Office of the Attorney General proved the responsibility of Diego Fernando Silva Ben\u00edtez, alias Diego Caballo, sentenced to 19 years and 9 months in prison; Paola Andrea Ortiz, alias Paola, sentenced to 4 years in prison; \u00d3scar Mauricio V\u00e9lez Ortiz, alias Mauricio or El Familiar; and William P\u00e9rez Restrepo, alias Canala, sentenced to 17 years and 5 months in prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These people were arrested on November 16, 2022 in compliance with a court order. The arrests were carried out in Buga and Duitama (Boyac\u00e1) by members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) and Sij\u00edn of the National Police.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A prosecutor appointed to the branch office in Valle del Cauca (Seccional Valle del Cauca) established that the convicted men are responsible for four homicides that occurred between April and May 2021 in the Santa B\u00e1rbara and La Concordia neighborhoods in Buga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They must serve their sentences in prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
