Garcia did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This person was arrested in fragrante by National Police and Army in a police checkpoint located in San Juan de Villalobos sector, road from Pitalito (Huila) to Mocoa (Putumayo), while he was traveling in a public transport van in alleged possession of 40 packages containing 40 kilos of marijuana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apparently, the narcotic was going to be delivered, rationed and sold in the center and south area of Valle del Guamuez (Putumayo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
