The defendant did not plead guilty.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the investigation,<strong> the facts took place on November 29, 2022, in a farm located at Buena Vista area, in Sincer\u00edn<\/strong>. There, the defendant, along with other people, allegedly took some livestock, valued at more than 100 million COP, and transported them in trucks to a slaughterhouse in Soledad (Atl\u00e1ntico).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By virtue of a court order, Cardona Jim\u00e9nez was arrested by the National Police in the San Rafael de la Cruz neighborhood in Arjona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
