He pleaded guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alias \u200b\u200bJJ Guaracas or El Viejo recently turned himself in to the armed forces in the area of Las Mercedes, in Sardinata, in the midst of the wave of violence promoted by the ELN and other criminal organizations in Catatumbo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Office of the Attorney General makes this information public for reasons of general interest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
