The defendants did not plead guilty to the charges and were sentenced to prison.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>One of the facts took place on January 21st, in Fredonia neighborhood, where Wainer Alberto Cuadro Pital\u00faa apparently threatened and tried to suffocate his father, to obtain 500,000 COP.<\/strong> The victim gave the money and was helped by his neighbors. The young man was arrested by officers of the National Police.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Likewise, Deevid Stip Parra Fern\u00e1ndez, N\u00e9stor Hern\u00e1ndez Parra Mart\u00ednez and Andr\u00e9s Felipe Badillo Barrera were arrested since they were allegedly involved in the theft of a vehicle that occurred on January 12 in the so-called Centro Hist\u00f3rico.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The three men broke the windows of the vehicle and stole a computer, headphones and other personal items.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
