The evidence provided by the Attorney General’s Office allowed a judge to send two men to prison. They are allegedly involved in murders that took place in different facts, in C\u00facuta (Norte de Santander).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 del Carmen Jaimez Salcedo was prosecuted for his alleged participation in the crime of a 28-year-old man in Sevilla neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

The facts under investigation took place on March 31, 2024, when the defendant allegedly arrived at a commercial establishment and shot, several times at the victim, causing his death.<\/span><\/p>\n

This person was arrested by virtue of a court order by the National Police.<\/span><\/p>\n

Likewise, Jhon Alexander Rojas Sierra was prosecuted since in complicity with another person, apparently murdered a merchant from the coal guild of the region. The events occurred on June 4, 2024 in the central area of \u200b\u200bC\u00facuta.<\/span><\/p>\n

This person is currently in La Modelo prison of this city for another investigation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Prosecutor’s Office charged both men with aggravated homicide; and manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition. They did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
