The defendant is recognized for his work as a creator of digital content on a website and on different social networks.<\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Attorney General’s Office brought Cristian Fabi\u00e1n Altamirano O\u00f1ate, alias El Soldado<\/strong>, before a judge in Jamund\u00ed (Valle del Cauca) as the alleged person responsible for the crimes of homicide and illegal possession of firearms or ammunition, both aggravated conduct<\/strong>. He did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the defendant arrived in a vehicle at a bakery in the so-called Bonanza neighborhood, in Jamund\u00ed on July 21, 2024 where, it is believed, he shot multiple times at a 20-year-old person<\/strong> who died as a result of the attack. Once he committed the crime, he got into the vehicle and fled.<\/span><\/p>\n

The evidence collected by the Office of the Attorney General proved that the vehicle, in which the attacker was moving, was near the scene moments before and after the attack.<\/strong> The identity of the alleged suspect was also established, and therefore his arrest was requested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alias \u200b\u200bEl Soldado was arrested on January 21st by the National Police by virtue of a court order<\/strong> during a home search carried out at a home in Bonanza neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

The defendant must serve a prison sentence according to the judge’s decision.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
