The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges and must serve a prison sentence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the investigation, alias Chino would be one of the two armed men who, on board a motorcycle, intercepted the victims at the exit of a commercial establishment and shot them until they died.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For these events, he was arrested in a joint operation with the National Police in San Pablo area, in Zona Bananera. In the procedure, a firearm that was allegedly used to carry out the action was seized.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
