The defendants were charged with qualified and aggravated theft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The alleged robbers did not plead guilty to the charges, and judges imposed prison sentences against them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In one of the cases, this measure was imposed for Roberto Carlos Bellido Ru\u00edz and Jorge Luis Rodr\u00edguez Mendoza who, allegedly, stole the motorcycle from a man in Amberes neighborhood, on December 3rd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, on December 9, \u00c1ngel Manuel Delgado Blanco allegedly stole a cell phone from a 15-year-old student who was walking in Nuevo Bosque neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The people who got involved were arrested in flagrante delicto by the National Police, in addition, they were found in possession of the stolen items. The men will be sent to the so-called San Sebasti\u00e1n Ternera prison in La Heroica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
