None of the defendants pleaded guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The people involved are: Alex\u00e1nder Moreno Gil, alias Rolo, who would be the ringleader; Claudia Marcela Basabe D\u00edaz, alias Marcela; Jos\u00e9 Ismael P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez, alias Pelos; and Yadir Esneider Calle Ben\u00edtez, alias Calle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These people were arrested during judicial proceedings conducted by the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) and the National Police, in Bogot\u00e1 and Buga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the investigation, between May and August of this year, the defendants apparently sold narcotic substances in different sectors of Buga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alias \u200b\u200bRolo was in charge of receiving the drugs and distributing them to drug dealers. Later, together with other members of the organization, he was apparently in charge of collecting the money from the sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
