He did not plead guilty to the charges, and a prison sentence was pronounced by a judge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The investigative activities allowed establishing that he demanded the delivery of four cell phones in exchange for not attacking the victims\u2019 business and family.
