{"id":43317,"date":"2024-11-18T15:53:19","date_gmt":"2024-11-18T20:53:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=43317"},"modified":"2024-11-19T15:11:48","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T20:11:48","slug":"a-criminal-group-that-would-distribute-narcotics-in-pamplona-and-chitaga-norte-de-santander-had-a-hard-blow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2024\/11\/18\/a-criminal-group-that-would-distribute-narcotics-in-pamplona-and-chitaga-norte-de-santander-had-a-hard-blow\/","title":{"rendered":"A criminal group that would distribute narcotics in Pamplona and Chitag\u00e1 (Norte de Santander) had a hard blow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Attorney General&#8217;s Office dealt a hard blow to the criminal group known as Los Crack, since seven of its alleged members who would be selling narcotics in Pamplona and Chitag\u00e1 (Norte de Santander) were arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The defendants were arrested in nine search and seizure operations carried out in Pamplona and Chitag\u00e1 (Norte de Santander), by officers of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI), the Army and National Police.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The people allegedly involved are: Franklin Gregorio Figueroa Garc\u00eda, alias Gorras; Yerlin Nazareth Reina Rojas, alias Maracucha; Jonathan Ferney Per\u00e9z Cruz, alias Menor; Edgar Capacho Gamboa, alias Capacho; V\u00edctor Antonio Valencia Calder\u00f3n, alias Manakele; Maryuri Esperanza Rinc\u00f3n Villamizar, alias Maryuri; and Yamid Sebasti\u00e1n Gambo Rodr\u00edguez.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A prosecutor appointed to the sectional Office in Santander charged them with trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The investigation established that these people apparently sold narcotic substances through home delivery or street trading near the parks and educational institutions in these municipalities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the operations, one kilo of marijuana, 280 grams of cocaine, 5 cell phones of different brands, a traumatic pistol and cash were seized.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The defendants did not plead guilty to the charges, and a judge imposed a prison sentence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
