When the young man refused to answer, Fortich Cuello took out a gun and shot him five times. The man came out of the attack uninjured.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Police officers from the National Police who heard the shots arrived at the area and arrested the defendant in flagrante delicto. They seized a revolver with nine cartridges that had no license.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The defendant did not plead guilty to charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
