{"id":43145,"date":"2024-10-23T11:06:12","date_gmt":"2024-10-23T16:06:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=43145"},"modified":"2024-10-23T15:33:01","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T20:33:01","slug":"los-sekhmet-illegal-network-involved-in-drug-trafficking-in-barbosa-santander-was-dismantled","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2024\/10\/23\/los-sekhmet-illegal-network-involved-in-drug-trafficking-in-barbosa-santander-was-dismantled\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Los Sekhmet\u2019 illegal network involved in drug trafficking in Barbosa, Santander was  dismantled"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Office of the Attorney General charged, before a judge, 13 alleged members of the so-called Los Sekhmet criminal group with trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The investigation showed that this criminal network was involved in trafficking narcotics in the Villa Paz, Centro, Marsella, San Marcos neighborhoods in Barbosa; and near educational, sports environments, as well as the bus terminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Six search warrants that were carried out by the Technical Investigative Corps (Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n CTI in spanish), Police and the National Army in the municipality led to the seizure of narcotics, cell phones and elements for dosing illicit substances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The defendants are: Pedro Eduardo Parra Malag\u00f3n, Yordi Joset Ar\u00e9valo P\u00e1ez, Marlon Andr\u00e9s Naranjo Tapias, Transito Marcela Mart\u00ednez Mojica, Nilson Humberto Rodr\u00edguez Ariza, Luis Eduardo Jim\u00e9nez Ortiz, Andr\u00e9s Juli\u00e1n \u00c1vila Pe\u00f1a, Fredy Alejandro Rodr\u00edguez Rivera, Juan Carlos Moncada P\u00e9rez, Eduard Orlando Fuentes Alvarado, Escarly Dayana Ram\u00edrez Alvarado, Enderson Rafael Fuentes de la Cruz and Cristian Alexis Bare\u00f1o Duran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">None of them pleaded guilty to the charges brought by the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office and must serve a prison sentence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
