These charges are related to crimes that occurred between June and September 2023 in Antonia Santos, Brisas del Mirador, Sabana, Nueva Ilusi\u00f3n and Belisario neighborhoods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the incidents took place on June 6, 2023 in Nueva Ilusi\u00f3n human settlement where a man was kidnapped and murdered with a sharp weapon. The victim had signs of torture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 25-year-old convicted man was arrested on September 8, 2023 in C\u00facuta by investigators of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) and the National Police. The man will serve his sentence in the so-called Modelo prison in this city.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
