Among the investigated people would be alias Diego, was in charge of collecting the money and cell phones that the victims handed over during the theft. For these facts, the defendant did not plead guilty to qualified and aggravated theft. He did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Judicial police work showed that &#8216;Los Guay&#8217; committed crimes in northern area of Cauca. They committed violent thefts on tertiary roads that connect Guachen\u00e9 with Puerto Tejada and Villa Rica. They also stole motorcycles there to later take them to Corinto and sell the parts. Many of these would be allegedly exchanged for weapons and narcotics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alias \u200b\u200bDiego was arrested by CTI and Sijin of the National Police in Chamizo de Padilla area. A judge with mixed functions imposed a prison sentence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
