The facts took place on May 29 in a rural area of \u200b\u200bJamund\u00ed (Valle del Cauca).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The evidence collected established that the victims traveled from Pasto (Nari\u00f1o) to Jamund\u00ed (Valle del Cauca) and remained in a nightclub in the municipality of Yumbo (Valle del Cauca) until the early hours of May 29.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Given the victims&#8217; refusal to agree to what the defendants demanded, the women were taken to Villacolombia area, in Jamund\u00ed, where they were subjected to cruel treatment, beaten on multiple occasions with blunt objects and shot at point-blank range. Their corpses were abandoned on public roads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A prosecutor appointed to the Sectional Office in Cali charged the defendants with aggravated femicide and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personnel from Sij\u00edn of the National Police arrested the defendants on September 27, in Jamund\u00ed and La Hormiga (Putumayo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The judge imposed prison sentences on Narv\u00e1ez Aux and \u00c1lvarez Hort\u00faa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
