The Office of the Attorney General charged the defendant with aggravated homicide and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The facts took place in a public establishment in Bella Vista neighborhood where, apparently, the defendant had an argument with the victim, whom he shot, causing his death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beltr\u00e1n C\u00f3rdoba was arrested on September 13 by Sij\u00edn, in the rural area of Los Andes in Valle del Cauca.
