It was established that the financial demand was made through a phone call in the name of a paramilitary group that has its criminal activity in that area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The arrest of the suspect was carried out by officers of the Technical Investigation Corps and Gaula of Army, on September 4 in the Valledupar \u2013 La Mesa road (Cesar).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the hearings, the defendant did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
