The investigation showed that the defendants, apparently, were involved\u00a0 in the local petty sale of marijuana and cocaine <\/span>since October 2023.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The people involved are: Fernando Leyton Guevara, Iv\u00e1n Felipe Aguiar, Maikol Manuel Izquierdo Duran, Iv\u00e1n Dar\u00edo Gonz\u00e1lez Navarro, Jorge Luis Casta\u00f1eda Saiz, Cleiner Yecid Durango Moreno, Erikson M\u00e9ndez Gonz\u00e1lez, who were charged by the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office with conspiracy to commit a crime and aggravated drug trafficking, manufacture and possession.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The joint actions conducted by the Police in Tolima, the National Army and the Air Force allowed the arrest of the defendants in the development of seven home searches carried out in the urban area of \u200b\u200bthe municipality of Rovira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Various quantities of marijuana, ready to be sold, as well as a cell phone were found in the possession of the defendants<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">None of the defendants pleaded guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
