Both allegedly intercepted the victim and attacked him with a firearm. For these incidents, the Office of the Attorney General charged him with attempted murder and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition (both aggravated).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the incident, an exchange of gunfire occurred between the two alleged attackers. The events were allegedly due to a dispute over the sale of narcotics in Neiva. The injured victim was taken to a hospital, where he survived.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CTI officers, in coordination with the National Police, arrested \u2018Fr\u00edjol\u2019 during a search warrant carried out in Timanco neighborhood in Neiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
