They are responsible for crimes such as aggravated conspiracy to commit crimes; trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotics and, use of minors to commit crimes. The facts took place in Oro Negro, San Bernardo, La Amistad and Camelias neighborhoods of the so-called <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comuna 10<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Neiva (Huila) in March 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The evidence presented by a specialized prosecutor appointed to the Sectional Office in Huila showed that the defendants were involved in the sale of marijuana in small quantities near schools and parks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The people linked to the judicial decision are: Carlos Javier Gonz\u00e1les Campos, alias Yotas; Jes\u00fas Armando D\u00edaz Fl\u00f3rez, alias El Soldado; Carlos Augusto Gonz\u00e1lez Hern\u00e1ndez, alias Gonzo; Iv\u00e1n Santiago Romero Ram\u00edrez, alias Pinocho; Maikol Steven Osorio Mu\u00f1oz, alias El mocho; Carlos Alirio Perdomo Aragon\u00e9s, alias Yiyo; Abel Francisco Guti\u00e9rrez, Juan Daniel Serrano Portilla, alias Sancudo; Filiberto Casta\u00f1eda Vargas, alias Fili; Julieth Perdomo Aragon\u00e9s, alias La Chiky; and Fabio Rubio Ossa, alias Cabezas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investigative work proved that this criminal organization used minors to sell narcotics, and in many cases induced them to consume hallucinogens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
