The victim, 45 years old, died at the scene.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;Chili&#8217;, who was traveling at the rear seat of a motorcycle, was arrested by the National Police in Marbella neighborhood. The firearm that was allegedly used to commit the crime and six cartridges were found in his possession.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The suspect, 19 years old, denied his responsibility for the crimes. He will be sent to San Sebasti\u00e1nTernera prison in the main city of Bol\u00edvar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
