The defendants were charged with aggravated conspiracy to commit crimes and trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotics.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a work led by a prosecutor appointed to the Sectional Office in Valle del Cauca who had the support of the Sij\u00edn of the National Police, it was possible to establish the existence of this structure which was involved in the commercialization of narcotics in Las Escaleras and Gramalote sectors in Bol\u00edvar neighborhood, municipality of Ansermanuevo (Valle del Cauca) since May of this year.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The judicial police work allowed the Office of the Attorney General to associate the defendants with at least 17 criminal acts. Therefore, on August 27 the arrest warrants against Jos\u00e9 Jim\u00e9nez Ocampo, alias \u00d1ato; Rosa Dayana Jaramillo V\u00e9lez, alias La Negra; Claudia Milena V\u00e9lez, alias La Bruja; Luis An\u00edbal Piedrahita, alias Piedrahita; V\u00edctor Alfonso S\u00e1nchez, alias Bolo; Miguel \u00c1ngel Ruiz Osorio, alias Miguel; Cristian David Orozco Ospina, alias el Barbado and Ver\u00f3nica Alejandra Castrill\u00f3n Estrada were conducted.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After approving the request made by the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, the judge decided that only the latter must serve a house arrest, while the other defendants will serve the sentence in prison.
