He is allegedly responsible for participating in the murder of three men on March 9 and May 18, 2023 in Paratebueno (Cundinamarca).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The defendant was arrested by the Police and the National Army on August 27th in the Melua Navajas of the municipality of Puerto L\u00f3pez (Meta) and was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, homicide, manufacture, trafficking and illegal possession of weapons, all aggravated. He did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brice\u00f1o Pinz\u00f3n would be a member of the Gonzalo Oquendo substructure of the Clan Golfo that commits crimes in this area of \u200b\u200bthe country and who, apparently, was the perpetrator of the homicides that occurred in Macapay Bajo and Nuevo Milenio neighborhood of this municipality of Cundinamarca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
