There, he allegedly shot at an 18-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman. The arrest was carried out by the National Police.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebasti\u00e1n Andr\u00e9s G\u00f3mez Batista <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was also brought before justice since in the company of another person allegedly shot a man to steal his motorcycle. The victim, 24, died while was treated at a medical center. The arrest of the defendant, 20, was carried out in flagrante delicto by police officers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">None of the defendants pleaded guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
