The facts took place on May 29 in Oca\u00f1a (Norte de Santander) at the so-called Mercado neighborhood, where two homeless people were allegedly attacked with a firearm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The analysis of the videos obtained from the security cameras that was carried out by the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), allowed to establish that the defendant allegedly participated in the facts by removing the license plate from the motorcycle used by the attacker and subsequently giving him access to the residence after the illegal act was committed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The man was arrested on August 12, on a public street in Oca\u00f1a and he did not plead guilty to the charges brought by the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.
