When the employee refused to hand over the money, one of the thieves shot him twice, causing his death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The judge approved the preliminary agreement that was freely and spontaneously reached by the defendant and the Office of the Attorney General. In this way, the defendant pleaded guilty to homicide, illegal possession of firearms for self-defense and aggravated theft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
