He was allegedly responsible for the murder of a woman that took place on October 1st\u00a02023, in San Francisco neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the investigation, on the day of the facts the defendant, 21 years old, was traveling in the rear seat of the motorcycle and shot repeatedly at the victim, who was sitting at the door of a home.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 20-year-old woman was taken to a hospital, where she died due to the severity of her injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Judicial police information revealed that Sanmart\u00edn Salcedo was the one who committed the crime. For this reason, he was arrested by the National Police in El Laguito neighborhood in Bol\u00edvar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A prosecutor of the so-called <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unidad de Vida <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Life Unit) charged the defendant with aggravated homicide and manufacture, trafficking or possession of a firearm.
