The facts took place on April 3 in Gal\u00e1n neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the investigation, &#8216;Yilmer&#8217; would be part of the Carlos Pati\u00f1o Farc dissidents, and in the company of another person they would have attacked a man with firearms who died. A woman was injured during the attack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Officers from the Technical Investigation Corps, with the support of Police and the National Army, arrested Rodr\u00edguez Valencia when he was moving through Aruba and Curacao neighborhoods. A firearm, ammunition and marijuana cigarettes were found in the defendants\u2019 possession.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Prosecutor&#8217;s Office charged the defendant with homicide, attempted homicide; and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition. He did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A judge imposed a prison sentence against the defendant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
