In the operation, V\u00e9lez Ram\u00edrez, who was driving the van, was arrested in flagrante delicto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Prosecutor&#8217;s Office charged the defendant with trafficking, manufacture and drug possession. He did not plead guilty.
