The events took place on December 22, 2020, in the rural area of Carmen de Tonchal\u00e1, in C\u00facuta (Norte de Santander).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alias \u200b\u200bTatuajes, was arrested in January 2021 during a search warrant in Bel\u00e9n neighborhood in C\u00facuta that was carried out by the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), Police and Army.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
