When they arrived at the scene, they witnessed when the convicted man injured the victim <\/span>with a sharp object, and therefore he instantly died.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although Yau Nube fled the scene, he was arrested in flagrante delicto\u00a0<\/span>near the scene by the officers.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The court denied alternative penalties of conditional suspension of sentence and house arrest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sentence became final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
