The alleged aggressor fled on a motorcycle and was arrested by the Technical Investigative Corps on June 24th .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wilfredo Enrique Gonz\u00e1lez Gonz\u00e1lez, 25, was prosecuted for two crimes by the Office of the Attorney General. This person would be responsible for shooting two men from a motorcycle in Los Caracoles neighborhood on June 26. One of the victims was a foreign citizen, 33, and his companion, 31. Gonz\u00e1lez was arrested by National Police.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Prosecutor&#8217;s Office charged the defendants, according to their alleged individual responsibilities, with aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of a firearm. They did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The defendants must serve their sentence at San Sebasti\u00e1n Ternera prison in Cartagena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Office of the Attorney General makes this information public for reasons of general interest.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
