This allegedly took place between 2020 and 2023.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, Mart\u00ednez D\u00edaz, acting as the president of the Communal Action Committee in Campoalegre (Rioblanco) would be the link between the former official and the Ismael Ru\u00edz front, and the person in charge of taking the aid to the determined area.<\/p>\n<p>The former mayor was arrested in a joint action with the National Police in Bogot\u00e1; while the other person was arrested in Chaparral (Tolima). Both were charged with aggravated criminal conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants did not plead guilty to the charges, and they must serve a prison sentence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>The Office of the Attorney General makes this information public for reasons of general interest.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
