The defendants are investigated for their alleged participation in two homicides, an attempted homicide and extortion of the owners of stores<\/em><\/p>\n

The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted seven alleged members of the organized criminal group ‘San Pacho 2’, which committed crimes for the so-called La Inmaculada or La Oficina criminal structure that allegedly committed several crimes in Tulu\u00e1 (Valle del Cauca).<\/p>\n

According to the investigation led by a specialized prosecutor from the Sectional Office in Valle del Cauca, the defendants would be involved in the sale of narcotics, restraining merchants and two homicides that occurred in February and May 2023.<\/p>\n

The judicial police work, carried out by members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) and Sij\u00edn, revealed that ‘San Pacho 2’ would also control the petty drug dealing in that municipality.<\/p>\n

The illegal actions would be coordinated by leaders of the group who would be committing crimes from the prisons where they are deprived of their liberty for different crimes.<\/p>\n

As a result of nine home searches carried out in neighborhoods La Inmaculada, Bosques de Maracaibo and in Pe\u00f1aranda shanty town were arrested: Manuel Alejandro Castro Pi\u00f1eres, alias Oso T; Jhon Nicol\u00e1s Ram\u00edrez Echeverry, alias Nicol\u00e1s; D\u00e1vinson Javier Granados Rengifo, alias D\u00e1vinson; \u00d3scar Alirio Herrera Salazar, alias Alirio; Juli\u00e1n Andr\u00e9s Ortiz, alias Care Pu\u00f1o; H\u00e9ctor Estiven Naranjo, alias Soldier; and Jhon Jader Granados Lugo, alias Granados.<\/p>\n

The Attorney General’s Office established that ‘San Pacho 2’ is a criminal structure associated with La Inmaculada criminal group.<\/p>\n

The defendants were charged, according to their individual responsibilities, with crimes such as: aggravated homicide, aggravated criminal conspiracy, illegal restraint and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of narcotics. They did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n

At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, the judge in the case imposed a detention measure in a prison facility.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
