The facts under investigation took place last month.<\/p>\n<p>People involved are Antony Armando P\u00e9rez Silva, Julio Rafael Adames Fern\u00e1ndez, Iv\u00e1n Dar\u00edo Santiago Rivera, Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Paredes, Jhon Alexander L\u00e1zaro Gutierrez and Cristian Camilo Castilla Angarita, who are allegedly involved in thefts in commercial establishments, cell phones, motorcycles and jewelry. The crimes were committed in neighborhoods such as: Carretero Central, El Llano, Santa Clara and the public market known as Oca\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>One of these facts took place on April 20 in the Carretero Central neighborhood, where Castilla Angarita allegedly stole a motorcycle, jewelry, and a cell phone from two citizens. Assets were valued at 12 million COP.<\/p>\n<p>Another case occurred on April 20 when Santiago Rivera and Ram\u00f3n Paredes allegedly appropriated a motorcycle in Santa Clara neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Another case is related to the theft of a minor who was intimidated with a sharp weapon and was forced to hand over his cell phone. This fact took place on April 21 near the public market in this town. The alleged perpetrator is known as L\u00e1zaro Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/p>\n<p>The seventh defendant is Breyner Eduardo Ar\u00e9valo Gaona, who was arrested on April 19 in a search warrant procedure and who would be responsible for the crime of prisoner escape; This took place since he evaded the house arrest that was imposed in 2023 during an investigation against him for crimes of aggravated criminal conspiracy and theft.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecutor&#8217;s Office charged the defendants with theft.
